타이팅거
수도원 한가운데 자리한 유명한 와이너리, 타이팅거
다른 상징적인 샴페인 영지와 마찬가지로 타이팅거도 빈티지의 품질이 뛰어납니다. 하지만 이 도메인의 특별한 특징은 13세기에 지어진 생니세즈 수도원이라는 숙성 장소입니다. 1734년 자크 푸르노가 와인 사업을 시작하면서 타이팅거 와인의 역사가 시작되었는데, 이는 아주 오래 전으로 거슬러 올라가는 타이팅거 와인의 생산과도 잘 어울립니다. 오늘날 샤르도네 70%(290헥타르)로 만든 타이팅거 와인은 전 세계로 수출되고 있습니다.
아페리티프로 즐기기에 이상적입니다. 쿠베 프레스티지는 완벽함을 상징합니다. 매우 표현력이 풍부한 코와 미세한 거품을 가진 균질한 와인입니다. 미각에서는 과일과 꿀의 힌트가 있습니다. 가볍기 때문에 초보자부터 애호가까지 누구나 즐길 수 있습니다. 숙성을 위해 포도밭을 사용하는 샤또 드 라 마르케테리에서 이름을 따온 폴리 드 라 마르케테리 큐베도 언급해야 합니다. 이 와인의 노트는 종종 나무 향이 납니다. 이 와인은 풍성하고 넉넉한 입맛을 가진 와인입니다. 마지막으로 타이팅거 와인은 숙성에 매우 적합합니다.
