Bollinger: a quality vineyard

What is most striking about the Bollinger estate is the quality of its vineyard. This one aims to be imposing, with its 166 hectares planted primarily with pinots (meunier and black). 39 hectares are still dedicated to whites, exclusively to Chardonnay. This Champagne estate, which has been passed down from generation to generation, continues to produce wines of rarely equaled quality. The vinification is carried out in wood, in an impressive set of old barrels. Finally, let us point out the particular practice of the Bollinger house, which suggests aging times twice as long as other names in the appellation.

Bollinger wines, for their part, never disappoint. The Pinot reveals all its splendor with a perfectly controlled vinosity. The result is specifically elegant wines. The Special Cuvée are impressively consistent. 80% of its grapes come from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus! Some bottles have been kept for more than 15 years in the cellar. Above all, these are bottles that will be enjoyed at the table. The producer's latest addition, the Bollinger rosé also demonstrates all of its know-how. And with Vins Grands Crus, selling your wine quickly and simply is within everyone's reach!
