Petit-Cheval is produced with great expertise and meticulous attention to detail. Vinification takes place in wooden and stainless steel vats, allowing precise extraction of aromas and tannins. The wine is then matured in French oak barrels for an appropriate period, giving it a delicate structure and aromatic complexity.

Petit-Cheval wines are distinguished by their deep red colour and captivating aromatic bouquet. On the nose, there are subtle aromas of red fruit, spices, flowers and woody notes. On the palate, they offer a velvety texture, supple tannins and a beautiful harmony between power and elegance.

Petit-Cheval wines are appreciated for their ability to age and develop in bottle for many years. They offer an exceptional taste experience, with depth and complexity that reveal themselves over time.
