Pétrus

Pétrus: an exceptional wine with a rich, powerful flavour

Recognised as one of the best red wines in the world by the famous wine critic Robert Parker, Pétrus is produced in the Pomerolwine-growing region of France. On average, thirty thousand bottles of this Bordeaux Grand Cru are produced each year. Pétrus is distinguished from other wines from the Bordeaux region by its labelling, which does not contain the word 'château'. In fact, there is no château on the site, which is rare for a wine estate near Bordeaux.

While bottles of this precious nectar are now being snapped up at high prices on the auction block, there's no denying that Pétrus has outstanding taste qualities thanks to the clay soils in which the vines are grown. This particularity of the soil gives each vintage of this wine an inimitably rich taste with truffle aromas. This is one of the most prestigious Pomerol wines in France. A bottle of Pétrus is a quality choice for those who appreciate high-quality red wines.
