Château Margaux

Château Margaux

Château Margaux: a wine recognised for its excellence and quality

Classified as a Bordeaux wine with the rare distinction of "Premier Grand Cru Classé", Château Margaux is as popular as any of its Bordeaux peers(Pétrus, Mouton Rothschild, Latour, etc.). This excellent grand cru promises a cult of elegance and a high level of refinement that has propelled this wine to the pinnacle of excellence. Château Margaux is an exceptional wine that goes perfectly with refined dishes such as game, roast veal, prime rib or cheeses like Reblochon or Pont-l'évêque. In short, this wine goes divinely well with highly flavoursome dishes.
Château Margaux is renowned for its high quality and consistency, although some vintages stand out strongly, such as 2005, 2009 and 2010.
