Its blend comprises 63% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Franc, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% Malbec. The cuvée comes from a single contiguous vineyard established on the limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion, a historic site for the estate. Jancis Robinson notes initial mushroom aromas leading to clearer fruit expression; the palate feels light with a rather dry finish.
