Domaine Jamet is a renowned wine estate located in the Rhône Valley region of France. The estate has been run by the Jamet family for several generations. Jean-Paul Jamet, in particular, is widely recognised for his commitment to tradition and authenticity in the production of Côte-Rôtie. The estate's vineyards are located on the steep, craggy slopes of Côte-Rôtie, where the vines of Syrah (the main grape variety) are planted on terraced slopes. Domaine Jamet's wines, made mainly from Syrah with a small proportion of Viognier, are renowned for their elegance, finesse and ability to reflect the unique terroir of Côte-Rôtie. The estate practises environmentally-friendly viticulture, with particular attention paid to managing the vines according to weather conditions and the specific needs of each plot.
