Availability of wines and debiting of your credit card

All the wines listed on the site are in our possession, in our air-conditioned cellar in Maurecourt (78780). Our prices are non-binding and subject to availability. The valid prices are those indicated at the time of the order as they appear on our site (errors and omissions excepted). Our stocks are updated very regularly but, as we also sell this stock to our cellar customers, updates cannot be made in real time. If the bottles ordered are not in stock, your credit card will not be debited. If the bottles ordered are not in perfect condition (capsules, labels, levels), we will send you a photo of the bottles and await your agreement before validating your payment.

Method of payment

- Payment by secure card (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD)

VINS GRANDS CRUS guarantees that all transactions you make on our website are 100% secure. This website is secured by the new SSL protocol, which automatically checks the validity of access rights when paying by credit card and encrypts all our exchanges in order to guarantee confidentiality.

- Payment by bank transfer:

You can send us a bank transfer via our partner bank. You will find all our bank details when you place your order and choose your method of payment. We reserve the right to request payment by bank transfer in advance rather than by credit card or cheque if we consider this to be useful for the security of the transaction. Any order not paid for within 8 days of validation of the purchase will be cancelled without formality.

As soon as we receive your payment, an invoice will be sent to you by email to the address you provided when you placed your order. The transfer of ownership takes place as soon as the order is delivered to the address indicated.

- Payment by cryptocurrency:

The Customer may pay for his/her order using the cryptocurrencies accepted by the Seller, the list of which is specified on the Website. The Seller reserves the right to accept or refuse certain cryptocurrencies.

Payment must be made within the time limits specified on the Website. In the event of non-payment within the specified time, the order will be cancelled.

Debiting your credit card

If the bottles ordered are not in stock, your credit card will not be debited. If the bottles ordered are not in perfect condition (caps, labels, levels), we will send you a photo of the bottles and await your confirmation before validating the debit of your credit card.

Delivery times

Our teams are on hand from Tuesday to Saturday to start delivery as soon as the invoice has been paid. The order will be sent to the address indicated by the buyer when validating the order. Delivery in mainland France will generally take between 2 and 8 days, depending on the destination. For deliveries abroad, delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Prices

All our prices are displayed in EURO.
You can display prices exclusive of tax (HT) or inclusive of tax (TTC), depending on your choice. The current VAT rate is 19.6%. Prices are per bottle or per format indicated.

Orders are without obligation as to quantity, unless otherwise indicated.
Prices are non-contractual.

When you order, we need your name, your home or work address, your e-mail address, and if you order by credit card, your card number and expiry date. Protection of your personal data. Withdrawal period

Withdrawal period A withdrawal period is offered to the buyer in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code. The buyer has a period of 14 days from delivery of the order. The adress to send back order is :

The order will be exchanged or reimbursed within 30 days of receipt of the returned order. The order must be returned in its original packaging, together with the invoice. The cost of postage (return)is to borne by the purchaser. www.vinsgrandscrus.fr shall be informed of the return of the goods by e-mail or post.
