Wine availability and credit card debit

All the wines shown on the site are in our possession, in our air-conditioned cellar in Maurecourt (78780). Our prices are non-binding and subject to availability. Valid prices are those indicated at the time of the order, as they appear on our site (errors and omissions excepted). Our stocks are updated regularly, but as we also sell this stock to our cellar customers, updates cannot be made in real time. If the bottles ordered are not in stock, your credit card will not be debited. If the bottles ordered are not in perfect condition (caps, labels, levels), we will send you a photo of the bottles and await your approval before validating your payment.

Payment methods

- Secure credit card payment (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD)

VINS GRANDS CRUS guarantees that all transactions carried out on our website are 100% secure. This website is secured by the new SSL protocol, which automatically checks the validity of access rights when paying by credit card, and encrypts all our exchanges to guarantee confidentiality.

- Payment by bank transfer:

You can send us a bank transfer via our partner bank. You will find all our bank details when you place your order and choose your method of payment. We reserve the right to request payment by bank transfer in advance, rather than by credit card or cheque, should we deem it necessary for the security of the transaction. Any order not paid for within 8 days of validation of the purchase will be cancelled without formality.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you an invoice by e-mail to the address you provided when you placed your order. The transfer of ownership takes place upon delivery of the order to the address indicated.

- Payment by crypto-currency :

Customers may pay for their orders using the crypto-currencies accepted by the Vendor, the list of which is specified on the website. The Vendor reserves the right to accept or refuse certain cryptocurrencies.

Payment must be made within the time limits specified on the website. In the event of non-payment within the specified time, the order will be cancelled.

Debiting your credit card

If the bottles ordered are not in stock, your credit card will not be debited. If the bottles ordered are not in perfect condition (caps, labels, levels), we will send you a photo of the bottles and await your confirmation before debiting your credit card.

Delivery times

Our teams are on hand from Tuesday to Saturday to start delivery as soon as the invoice has been paid. The order will be sent to the address indicated by the buyer when validating the order. Delivery in mainland France generally takes between 2 and 8 days, depending on the destination. For deliveries abroad, delivery times vary according to destination.

Prices

All our prices are displayed in EURO.
You can choose to display prices exclusive of tax (HT) or inclusive of tax (TTC). The current VAT rate is 19.6%. Prices are per bottle or format.

Orders are without obligation as to quantity, unless otherwise indicated.
Prices are non-contractual.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and VINS GRANDS CRUS treats all information about you with the strictest confidentiality.
When you order, we need your name, your home or work address, your e-mail address, and if you order by credit card, your card number and expiry date. Protection of your personal data. Access to your personal account is protected by a confidential code that you choose when you create your VINS GRANDS CRUS account.

Withdrawal period

A withdrawal period is offered to the buyer in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-16 of the French Consumer Code. The buyer has a period of 7 days from delivery of the order. The order will be exchanged or reimbursed within 30 days of receipt of the returned order. The order must be returned in its original packaging, together with the invoice. Shipping costs (round trip), as well as processing fees, will be charged to the purchaser. www.vinsgrandscrus.fr must be informed of the return of the goods by e-mail or post.
