Domaine Laurent Tribut Chablis Cote de Lechet 2015 Demi Bouteille (37,5cl)
Domaine Laurent Tribut Chablis Côte de Léchet 2015 is a white Burgundy wine, classified as a Chablis Premier Cru from the Côte de Léchet climat. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it represents a single-plot cuvée from the estate. The yield for this parcel was around 35 hl/ha in 2015. At the domaine, the wines are vinified in traditional barrels, then aged for several months in stainless steel vats prior to bottling—an approach combining precision with slow evolution.

Histoire du domaine
Laurent Tribut entered the Chablis wine industry through his marriage to Marie-Clotilde Dauvissat, daughter of René Dauvissat and sister of Vincent Dauvissat. He trained for around ten years with this family of Chablis winegrowers. The estate was established in Poinchy in 1987, using vines that the Dauvissat family had acquired near their own plots. During his early years in the business, Laurent Tribut vinified his wines in the Dauvissat family’s cellars before setting up his own winery in Poinchy. The vineyard has expanded across the Chablis appellation and includes plots classified as Premier Cru Beauroy, Côte de Léchet and Montmains, notably in the Les Forêts climat. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermentation takes place in vats, with partial ageing in old barrels depending on the cuvée. Laurent Tribut subsequently handed over the running of the estate to his children Adeline, Gabriel and Solange. Solange Tribut is now responsible for winemaking at the estate.
Côte de Léchet
Côte de Léchet is a Chablis Premier Cru climat located on the left bank of the Serein river, above the hamlet of Milly. Its regulatory area includes the cadastral lieu-dits Côte de Léchet and Le Château. The hillside, steeply sloped and exposed mainly to the south-east, features poor, stony, clay-limestone soils. Kimmeridgian marls and limestones contribute to its Chablis geological identity.

- Origin of the vineyard name
- The name is attested in the form "En Léché" in 1429. Several etymologies are proposed, notably a connection with "lâcher" in the sense of abandoning, with the sedge (laîche) of damp places, or with the Old French "lèche"; none is established with certainty.

Histoire de la parcelle
The toponym "En Léché" is documented as early as 1429 and has undergone several spellings, including "la cheë", "léché" and "le ché"; the sector also appears under the name "grandes côtes de Milly" in 1610. Côte de Léchet is among the climats officially associated with the Premier Cru designation of the AOC Chablis, recognized in 1938, and its parcel origin was notably specified during the regulatory delimitation of 1978.
