How to optimize your tasting of Château Latour wines?

Château Latour wines, especially the "Grand Vin", deserve special attention to reveal their full potential. For a young vintage, we recommend decanting the wine for 2 to 3 hours to release its aromas and soften its powerful tannins. The ideal serving temperature is around 17-18°C. Latour wines are perfect with grilled meats, game or dishes in sauce, which underline their richness and complexity. For older vintages, it is often preferable to serve them immediately after opening to preserve their finesse.
