Comment est produit le Whisky Dalmore ?

Le Whisky Dalmore est produit à partir d'orge maltée, d'eau de source pure et de levure. Le malt est séché à l'air chaud et moulu pour produire une fine farine. La farine est ensuite mélangée avec de l'eau chaude pour produire un moût, qui est ensuite fermenté avec de la levure pour produire une bière à environ 8% d'alcool. Cette "bière" est ensuite distillée deux fois dans des alambics en cuivre avant d'être vieillie en fûts de chêne pendant au moins 12 ans.

How is Dalmore Whisky produced?

Dalmore Whisky is produced from malted barley, pure spring water and yeast. The malt is dried in hot air and ground to produce a fine flour. The flour is then mixed with hot water to produce a wort, which is then fermented with yeast to produce a beer at around 8% alcohol. This "beer" is then distilled twice in copper stills before being aged in oak casks for at least 12 years.
