Adélaide de Castillac
Adélaïde de Castillac is the brand behind HOXXOH and HOX champagnes, crafted from a 15-hectare vineyard located in Venteuil, in the Vallée de la Marne. Vinifications are carried out parcel by parcel in a temperature-controlled winery, under the responsibility of Raphaël Lamiraux, with aging of at least 36 months on the lees. The range combines grower champagnes with a distinctive approach to bottle design, notably the patented Bubble-Light illuminating device.

Histoire du domaine
The family vineyard associated with Adélaïde de Castillac is established in Venteuil, west of Épernay. In 1907, the great-grandfather of Béatrice Lamiraux acquired the family vines and crafted a first cuvée, mastering the entire process from grape to bottle. The estate is today managed by his descendants Béatrice and Raphaël Lamiraux. The Adélaïde de Castillac brand and the HOXXOH cuvée were created by Macha and Grégoire Popineau, after a night spent on the Côte d'Azur inspired them with the idea of integrating colors and light into a champagne bottle. The first cuvée, HOXXOH Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2014, made from Chardonnays from Oger and Chouilly, was developed with oenologist Thomas Porignaux and winemakers Béatrice and Raphaël Lamiraux. The HOXXOH brand, launched around 2020, was later enriched by the HOX line five years later, at the request of Michelin-starred restaurants. The vines cover 15 hectares in Venteuil, and the cellar holds reserve wines from several dozen vintages.
