Domaine Raveneau

Domaine Raveneau is one of the most prestigious wine estates in the Chablis region of Burgundy, France. The domaine was founded in 1948 by François Raveneau, and is currently run by the Raveneau family.
The domaine owns vineyards in various Chablis appellations, including Grands Crus such as Blanchot, Les Clos, Valmur, Grenouilles and Preuses, as well as Premiers Crus and regional appellations. The estate's philosophy is based on biodynamic viticulture, manual harvesting and traditional vinification. Grapes are pressed slowly, and fermentation takes place naturally with indigenous yeasts. White wines are aged in oak barrels, but the use of wood is subtle, allowing the characteristics of the terroir to express themselves fully.
Domaine Raveneau wines are highly sought-after by Chablis and Burgundy white wine enthusiasts. Because of their exceptional quality, their ability to age for many years and their worldwide reputation, these wines are often hard to come by and can be considered treasures among Chablis white wines. They are appreciated for their elegance and unique character, which capture the essence of Chablis.
