Roc Anglade Rouge 2015 Bouteille (75cl)
Roc Anglade Rouge 2015 is a Languedoc red wine produced by Domaine Roc d’Anglade. It brings together Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. The grapes were harvested by hand, with 80% whole clusters. Fermentation took place in open vats with indigenous yeasts, without seeking heavy extraction, for about eleven days. The wine was then aged for 18 months on fine lees in a combination of demi-muids, muids and foudres, followed by light filtration through white earths. This precise winemaking approach favors a lightly extracted expression and textural finesse.
