The Domaine Georges Roumier Chambolle-Musigny 2024 is a village-classified red Burgundy wine made from 100 % pinot noir in the Chambolle-Musigny appellation. This cuvée brings together grapes from several parcels of the estate, spread over 3,5352 hectares, facing east between 235 and 330 meters above sea level; the vines have an average age of 35 years. Harvesting and sorting are manual, followed by partial destemming of 70 to 90 % and fermentation using native yeasts. Aging lasts 14 months in 2- to 8-year-old oak barrels, with 10 to 15 % new oak, without fining or filtration. Jancis Robinson highlights a bright and elegant profile, driven by red cherry, redcurrant and fresh acidity.
