The 2019 Champagne Benoît Déhu La Rue des Noyers Brut Nature Blanc is a white champagne from the Vallée de la Marne, crafted by Benoît Déhu. This single-plot cuvée comes from a vineyard located in Fossoy and is made from 100% Pinot Meunier, the estate's signature grape variety. The grapes, grown biodynamically, are vinified and aged in oak barrels for eleven months. Un dosed, this Brut Nature highlights a precise, vinous and taut expression of Meunier.

Single-plot Champagne crafted in Fossoy from Meunier originating from La Rue des Noyers. Each edition is based on a single harvest year, and both vinification and aging are carried out in oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is avoided, and recent releases are marketed as Brut Nature.

Histoire de la cuvée
