Vincent Pinard
Located in Bué, in the heart of the Sancerrois region, Domaine Vincent Pinard is currently run by brothers Florent and Clément Pinard. Its 17 hectares are divided between 12.5 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and 4.5 hectares of Pinot Noir, on limestone and clay-limestone terroirs. The estate notably produces the cuvées Nuance, Chêne Marchand, Charlouise, Vendanges Entières, and Narpi, with vinification and aging tailored to the different parcels.

Histoire du domaine
The Pinard family has been established in Bué for over twenty generations. At the beginning of the 20th century, Armand Pinard practiced mixed farming and cultivated about three hectares of vines, alongside a small production of Crottin de Chavignol cheese. His son Charles took over the farm in 1945, when, devastated at the end of the Second World War, it no longer had any winemaking equipment. He revived the activity and notably shipped wine in barrels to Paris in the early 1960s. Vincent Pinard succeeded his father in the early 1970s and gradually expanded the vineyard through the leasing or acquisition of family land: the estate reached 12 hectares in the 1980s, then 15 hectares in the 2000s. The next generation, represented by his sons Florent and Clément Pinard, now manages the estate, which spans 17 hectares. La Revue du vin de France indicates organic certification was obtained in 2024.
Florès
Florès is a white Sancerre made from Sauvignon Blanc originating from several terroirs in Bué, on limestone soils of "caillottes" belonging to Kimmeridgian and Oxfordian formations. The estate ages it in wooden vats following a long pressing. It stands out from the producer's lieu-dit cuvées through its blended character and its role as an introduction to the house style.
- Style of the cuvée
- Fresh, precise, and mineral white Sancerre, seeking a direct expression of the limestone terroirs of Bué, with aging that brings substance without masking the tension.
- Position within the range
- Classic entry-level cuvée, conceived as an introduction to the style of the estate's white wines.
Histoire de la cuvée
Florès has been documented at least since the 2012 vintage. The Pinard brothers present it as their great classic and as an introduction to the estate's style, crafted according to the same philosophy as their more ambitious cuvées.
