Histoire du domaine
Vincent Dancer settled in 1996 at the age of 22 in the family property in Chassagne-Montrachet after studying viticulture and oenology in Beaune. He started with about 3.5 hectares of family vines; his uncle Philippe Ballot, a winemaker in Meursault, helped him with the first vintage, as the estate did not yet have its own winery. The winery was built in 1997 and then gradually expanded. From the very beginning, Vincent Dancer implemented organic farming in the vineyard, which was officially certified in 2012. His son Théo joined the estate in 2016 and took full responsibility for winemaking in 2021. Starting with the 2024 vintage, the name used evolves from Domaine Vincent Dancer to Domaine Dancer, while both Vincent and Théo Dancer remain co-managers of the legal entity. The family vineyard now covers approximately 8 hectares across several communes in the Côte de Beaune.

Histoire de la parcelle
The location is attested in a manorial document preserved in the old form 'En Crebin', explicitly linked to Les Corbins by the Archives Départementales de la Côte-d'Or. The application dossier for the Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne inventories it as a lieu-dit of Meursault in cadastral section AC. Les Corbins does not appear in the regulatory list of Meursault climats eligible for the 'Premier Cru' designation and therefore falls under the village level.
