Champagne Thienot Blanc de Blancs Bouteille (75cl)
Champagne Thiénot Blanc de Blancs is a non-vintaged white champagne from Champagne crafted by Alain Thiénot. This cuvée is composed exclusively of Chardonnay and belongs to the house's Collection Origine. Its ageing of more than three years in cellars contributes to its fresh and precise expression. The profile announced by the producer combines citrus fruits, lemon, and orange blossom with a chiselled palate driven by dynamic effervescence.

Alain Thienot
Founded in Reims in 1985 by Alain Thiénot, Champagne Thiénot is an independent family-run house now managed by his children, Garance and Stanislas. It relies on 30 hectares of vineyards, notably in Grands Crus in Aÿ and the Côte des Blancs, as well as in Premiers Crus in Dizy and Cumières. Nicolas Uriel, cellar master since 2017, ensures the composition of the cuvées and the continuity of the house style.

Histoire du domaine
Before founding his house in 1985, Alain Thiénot worked for nearly twenty years as a Champagne broker, roaming the hillsides and selecting grapes for major historic houses. His roots in Champagne are also familial: his father managed Champagne Irroy and his grandfather was a glassmaker who manufactured bottles. Alain Thiénot gradually built up a 30-hectare vineyard comprising Grands Crus in Aÿ and the Côte des Blancs, as well as Premiers Crus in Dizy, Cumières, and on the slopes south of Épernay. From the beginning, he equipped the production site with thermoregulated stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of the fruit. His children Garance and Stanislas Thiénot subsequently took over the management of the family house. Nicolas Uriel, an agricultural engineer and oenologist who arrived in 2008 to manage supply, became cellar master in 2017. In 2011, the family acquired a former residence at 3 rue du Marc in Reims, which was transformed after three years of renovation into a wine tourism complex inaugurated in 2025, the year of the house's fortieth anniversary.
