Ergaster Nature Single Malt Whisky is an amber French single malt whisky crafted by Distillerie Ergaster. This unpeated expression is produced using barley from the Hauts-de-France region, distilled in a Stupfler still, and aged through a double maturation process. The eau-de-vie is first housed in new French oak casks before continuing its aging in former cognac and vin jaune casks. Matured in Picardy, this single malt is bottled without chill filtration and without added caramel. This maturation design highlights the whisky's malted identity while combining the contribution of new oak with the complexity of reused French casks.
