Histoire du domaine
The history of Distillerie Guillon began in 1997 with Thierry Guillon, an oenologist by training since 1992. He established his project in the hamlet of Vertuelle, in Louvois, within the forested environment of the Montagne de Reims, with the ambition of creating a French malt spirit by applying an approach derived from the world of wine to distillation and blending. The house progressively developed a range characterized by double distillation and maturation or finishes in various French wine casks. In 2026, Raphaël Mantel acquired the company and became the owner of Distillerie Guillon, opening a new chapter in the company's history.
