Histoire du domaine
The Lamy family has been established in the Saint-Aubin vineyards since 1640. Hubert Lamy founded the estate under his own name in 1973. In the 1990s, the estate expanded through the purchase, lease and planting of new plots. Some of the vines were then replanted with Chardonnay in areas considered more favourable to this grape variety. Olivier Lamy joined the family estate in 1995, after studying oenology and gaining experience at other estates. He now runs the estate with his wife Karine, who is responsible for management, marketing and accounts. The vineyard now covers 18.5 hectares, mainly in Saint-Aubin, with plots also located in Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay. Olivier Lamy oversees the vineyard work and winemaking, with each plot being vinified and then matured separately. Both the white and red wines are bottled after 24 months’ ageing, depending on the estate’s website.
Le Concis du Champs

Histoire de la parcelle
The lieu-dit is identified by the INAO under the cadastral name "Le Concis des Champs" and notably includes the parcels in section AM listed in the official demarcation. It already appeared as "les Concis des Champs" in the wine classification established in 1861 by the Agricultural Committee of the Beaune arrondissement. The parcel farmed by Domaine Hubert Lamy was replanted with Chardonnay in 2005, information specific to this estate rather than the entire lieu-dit.
