Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon Nouvelles Viaduc 2015 is a white wine from the Jura in the Arbois appellation, offered by Maison Pierre Overnoy and Emmanuel Houillon. This cuvée brings together Savagnin and Chardonnay. It comes from the lieux-dits Nouvelles and Viaduc, located in the commune of Arbois, and is crafted in an ouillé ( topped-up) style, without aging under a veil of flor yeast. A Jurassic white wine thus combining the two emblematic grape varieties of the cuvée in a non-oxidative expression.
