Histoire du domaine
The history of Château Haut Condissas is intertwined with that of Domaines Rollan de By, founded by Jean Guyon, who began his winemaking adventure in 1989 with 2 hectares in Bégadan. In 1995, six years after this first acquisition, he added Château Haut Condissas to his Médoc estate. Initially consisting of 3 hectares, the vineyard was progressively expanded to 15 hectares through the selection of parcels from Domaines Rollan de By chosen for their characteristics and exposure. Haut Condissas has since occupied the pinnacle of the estate's range, with a production intentionally distinct from the other growths brought together by Jean Guyon, including Tour Seran, La Clare, and Greysac.
Cuvée Prestige
Red wine from the AOC Médoc crafted from carefully selected parcels within the Domaines Rollan de By. It stands out in particular for the significant role of Merlot and Petit Verdot in its blend, as well as parcel-by-parcel vinification and extended aging in new French oak barrels.
