The 2019 Domaine Bernard Bonin Bourgogne Blanc Initiales BB is a white Burgundy made from Chardonnay. This cuvée mostly comes from vines located under the Limozin climat in Meursault. Vinified and aged on the lees for 18 months, including 15 months in barrels, it is then bottled without fining or filtration. A Bourgogne blanc whose aging and grape origin underline its roots in the Côte de Beaune.
