L'Oratoire des Papes is a historic estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape farmed by Maison Ogier across 35 hectares distributed among the appellation's main terroirs. Under the technical direction of oenologist Édouard Guérin, it produces red and white Châteauneuf-du-Pape as well as the parcel selections Les Chorégies, vinified and aged at Prieuré de Courthézon.

Histoire du domaine
The history of the estate begins in 1880, when Édouard Amouroux receives through marriage a plot of vines located within a clos. The property takes its name from an 18th-century oratory dedicated to Saint Mark, the patron saint of winemakers, located just below this plot. In 1926, his son Léonce Amouroux creates Maison Amouroux and officially registers, on July 30, the trademark and its Art Deco style label, which remains emblematic of the estate. Maison Ogier acquires Maison Léonce Amouroux and its flagship, Clos de l'Oratoire des Papes, in 2000, which is now integrated into the AdVini group. That same year sees the first vintage of the red parcel selection Les Chorégies. The priory housing the vinification and ageing facilities is restored between 2014 and 2016. Édouard Guérin joins L'Oratoire des Papes in 2015 and takes over the direction of the wines and vineyards. A white cuvée Les Chorégies is produced for the first time in 2021.
