Château Pichon Comtesse 2010 is a Pauillac red wine, ranked Second Growth in the 1855 Classification, produced by Château Pichon Comtesse de Lalande. It is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, and 8% Petit Verdot. Owned by the Rouzaud family, this vintage combines the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the suppleness of Merlot and the aromatic contribution of the other two varieties. The Wine Advocate awards it 93/100 and recommends drinking it from 2020 to 2048. The publication describes a Pauillac with a vibrant, tannic backbone, medium to full body, combining ripe dark fruits, cedar, graphite, charcoal, and savory nuances, with a firm finish.
