The Bruyere-Houillon Arbois La Croix Rouge Chardonnay 2015 is a Jura white wine produced by Domaine Adeline Houillon and Renaud Bruyère in the Arbois appellation. The cuvée comes from the lieu-dit La Croix Rouge and is based on Chardonnay from vines that are around 30 years old. The grapes are pressed as whole bunches, after which the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is aged in old barrels that are regularly topped up (ouillé). Bottling takes place without fining or filtration.
