Whisky Hibiki 30 ans bouteille-70 cl
Hibiki 30 Year Old is an amber Japanese whisky from Maison Hibiki, crafted from a blend of malt and grain whiskies aged for at least 30 years. This expression brings together long-matured malts and grain whiskies, also aged for over 30 years, carefully selected and blended. The official profile pairs leather, grape, plum, and chestnut with notes of brown sugar, dried fig, apricot jam, and cedar. The rich, lingering finish evokes cinnamon and mizunara, Japanese oak.

Histoire du domaine
The history of Hibiki is part of the story of Suntory, a house founded in Osaka by Shinjiro Torii in 1899. Convinced that a whisky suited to Japanese tastes could be crafted in Japan, Torii established the Yamazaki distillery in 1923. His son Keizo Saji, who became the second Master Blender and company president in 1961, subsequently expanded production capabilities with the Chita grain distillery in 1972 and the Hakushu malt distillery in 1973. In 1987, Keizo Saji set out to create a blended whisky capable of synthesizing Suntory's expertise; Chief Blender Koichi Inatomi contributed to its development by evaluating the house's whisky stocks. Hibiki was officially launched in 1989 to mark Suntory's 90th anniversary. Its name means "resonance" and its 24-faceted bottle evokes the 24 micro-seasons of the traditional Japanese calendar. The range is built on the blending of whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita. Today, it belongs to the Suntory group, while Shinji Fukuyo holds the position of Chief Blender and oversees the house's contemporary blends.
