Belle Dame
Belle Dame is a single-plot red Sancerre made exclusively from Pinot Noir. The cuvée comes from the Belle Dame lieu-dit, on a south-east-facing flint terroir. It is the first single-plot selection marketed by the estate.

Histoire de la cuvée
The Belle Dame plot was planted in 1990 at the initiative of Jean-Denis Vacheron. Jean-Dominique Vacheron vinified the first Belle Dame in 1995, marking the beginning of the separate vinification of lieu-dits at the estate.
