The 2014 Domaine Bernard Bonin Meursault Les Tillets is a white Burgundy wine made entirely from 100% Chardonnay, produced in the Meursault village appellation. It comes from the Les Tillets lieu-dit, officially recognized among the Climats entitled to complete the appellation. This cuvée is aged for approximately 18 months on the lees in oak barrels, prior to bottling without fining or filtration, in order to preserve the expression of the vintage and its parcel origin.

Histoire de la parcelle
The application file for the Climats of the Burgundy vineyard to UNESCO lists Les Tillets as a climat of Meursault in cadastral section BK, on the 1988 cadastre. The traditional origin of the name is linked to the lime trees of the slope, formerly sought after for their medicinal uses.
