The 2024 Domaine Leflaive Bourgogne Blanc is a white Burgundy crafted from Chardonnay. The grapes are hand-harvested, sorted, and monitored parcel by parcel to determine the optimal harvest date. A gentle, extended pneumatic pressing precedes alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels. Marked by a very rainy year and slow ripening, the 2024 vintage was harvested in Puligny starting September 16; yields were modest, with the remaining grapes in excellent health.
