Histoire du domaine
The vineyard of Château Moulin à Vent boasts over two centuries of history. The chartreuse was built in the early 19th century and the cellar was constructed in 1873. Dominique and Marie-Hélène Hessel acquired the property in 1977 before selling it in 2013 to the You family, who integrated it into the Bordeaux Vineam group. The estate was subsequently managed under organic farming within this collection of Gironde properties. The consulted sources do not allow for the identification with sufficient certainty of a cellar master currently assigned exclusively to Château Moulin à Vent.
