Domaine des Murmures Trousseau 2014 Bottle (75cl)
The 2014 Domaine des Murmures Trousseau is a Jura red wine, classified as Vin de France and produced by Domaine des Murmures. This cuvée is made from Trousseau, an emblematic red grape variety of the region. The estate, managed by Emmanuel Lançon, farms very small plots in the Jura and highlights local endemic varieties. This 2014 thus expresses the identity of a Jurassic Trousseau vinified by an artisan producer.

Histoire du domaine
Domaine des Murmures is the wine estate run by Emmanuel Lançon, based in Les Arsures, in the Jura. Originally from Provence, Emmanuel Lançon settled in the Jura vineyards after working with local winegrowers. Specialist sources date the launch of his own wine production to 2012. His sole trader business, registered under the name Domaine des Murmures, was established on 1 January 2013. The estate cultivates, in particular, traditional Jura grape varieties, including Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard and Trousseau. Several sources describe the vineyard management as being carried out using organic and biodynamic methods, with soil cultivation sometimes carried out using horses. Emmanuel Lançon carries out the winemaking and bottling himself. The vineyard’s area is not specified here, as the available sources differ significantly, ranging from less than one hectare to several hectares.
