Château Montrose is a prestigious wine estate located in the Saint-Estèphe region, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards in France. With a rich history dating back more than 200 years, this château embodies excellence and winemaking tradition. Château Montrose 's vines benefit from an exceptional terroir of gravelly and clayey soils, and are carefully cultivated according to environmentally-friendly practices.
The wines produced by Château Montrose are mainly reds from the Saint-Estèphe appellation. They are renowned for their elegance, power and ability to age magnificently over the years. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo meticulous vinification in stainless steel vats, followed by aging in French oak barrels.
